Hello, my name is Connor Murphy, and I am a Life Scout from Troop 173 in Orlando, Florida, working toward the rank of Eagle Scout. One of the final requirements for Eagle Scout is planning, developing, and leading a service project that benefits the community.
For my project, I wanted to give back to the Timber Creek engineering program, where I have spent many hours through engineering courses, robotics, and other projects. I will be building and installing four custom mobile shelving units to improve the organization and storage of engineering materials and equipment. These shelving units will make parts easier to organize, locate, and access while also making the classroom easier to maintain and clean.
Donations will be used to purchase project materials, including lumber, plywood, caster wheels, hardware, labels, stain, and sealant. Any remaining funds or unused materials will be donated to the Timber Creek High School engineering program.
Thank you for supporting my Eagle Scout project and helping improve the engineering classroom for current and future students,
Connor Murphy
