Help Bring Augusta’s ONLY Inpatient Hospice House to Life

No one in our community should face the end of life without comfort, dignity, and compassionate care.
Augusta and the surrounding CSRA communities do not have a single inpatient hospice home. Families facing end-of-life care are often left with limited options—hospitals, nursing homes, or trying to manage complex care at home during an incredibly emotional time.

My name is Stacia Sirull, and I am a nurse with 24 years of experience. Through my work, I have witnessed firsthand how deeply families need a peaceful, compassionate place for their loved ones at the
end-of-life. Our mission is to open the Augusta Inpatient Hospice Home—a warm, home-like place focused entirely on comfort, dignity, and compassionate end-of-life care.

Why This Matters
An inpatient hospice home is a place where:
*Pain and symptoms are carefully managed
*Families can rest, stay close, and feel supported
*Patients end-of-life wishes are treated with dignity and respect
*It is a place where patients can be held, heard, and cared for in peace during their final days.
This type of care can make a profound difference for patients and their loved ones during life’s most difficult moments.

How Your Gift Will Help
We have already purchased the facility and personally funded most of the renovations to create a peaceful, home-like space. Now, we are in the final phase—adding patient rooms and the medical equipment, furnishings, and comfort items needed to care for patients and families.
This is where we need our community’s support to help us open our doors and provide compassionate hospice care.
Funds raised will directly support patient and family needs, including:
*Medical beds and essential equipment
*Comfort items not covered by insurance
*Furnishings to create a warm, welcoming environment
*Final renovations needed to support patient care

Every donation—no matter the amount—helps bring this much-needed hospice home to our community.
Our goal is to open on January 11, 2027, serving Augusta and the greater CSRA.

Thank you for supporting comfort and compassionate care at the
end-of-life, and for helping make a lasting impact on our community.
