Support Community Projects in Santa Cruz, Bolivia
On September 26, 2024, I will be embarking on an International Volunteering Trip to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, to support the Community Projects run by the Coptic Church in Bolivia. This trip was organised by Exodus Sydney, a not-for-profit organisation that for over 20 years has been running volunteering trips abroad and fundraising for these life changing Community Projects.
After learning the positive impact that the Coptic Church has been making in communities in need, I decided to start fundraising to support these essential Community Projects: 1 Orphanage, 2 Primary and Secondary Schools, 3 Medical and Dental Care Centres and 5 Childcare Centres.
These free services provide not only education, school supplies, food, health and dental care, but they also provide a future, safety, love and a sense of community for hundreds of children and adults.
Food hampers cost around $50 per person a month.
Books + School Supplies for one child for a year $60.
Cooked food for 150 homeless people cost around $500.
All these Community Projects are supported by donations and the money raised will be utilised by the Coptic Church in Bolivia to buy food hampers, textbooks, school supplies and medicine for the people in need in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and surrounding villages.
Thank you for believing in the power of community and for your generosity. Together, we can make a difference.
