Community Momentum Project is built on a simple idea: momentum starts with stability. As the person organizing and driving these efforts, I am responsible for developing and coordinating community-focused projects, managing outreach and fundraising, supporting connected causes and individuals, and maintaining the infrastructure that allows these efforts to exist.
