My name is Collin Brode, and I am a Scout from Troop 50 who is preparing for my Eagle Project. I have been an active member of Scouting for many years, and led the Troop as Senior Patrol Leader last Spring semester. I have had many exciting accomplishments during my time in Scouting, including trekking the Philmont Scout Ranch as crew leader of the Philmont 2025 crew, becoming a part of Scouting's Order of the Arrow, and winning first place in the Crescent Bay Camporee Cookoff along with my patrol, and I would like to add Eagle Scout to that list to prove my hard work and dedication in this organization.

My project will be held at Will Rogers Learning Community inside their regenerative farm. Will Rogers is an elementary school a part of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District that prides itself on having environmental learning within their garden area.

My project will consist of building benches for students to sit on during outdoor instruction, as well as building a triangular raised planter bed. Myself and other volunteers will also plant succulents in the raised bed and clean up the overall area by weeding, trimming, and raking.

For the next week, I will be seeking donations to help pay for wood, nails, soil, and all the rest of the materials needed for such a big project. Scouts and adult leaders will help me complete this project on the weekend of September 20th and 21st.

All additional funds will go to Troop 50 to pay for trips and gear for scouts.
