In mid-June, Colette experienced a heart attack and subsequently underwent a stent procedure. Due to unforeseen complications, she was transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan in critical condition. She remains hospitalized there, where she continues to fight with remarkable strength. Although she is currently stable, she is awaiting a heart transplant.
