Support Clean Water at Lotus Hill Home
Donation protected
I am raising money for the lotus hill home in Sri Lanka for disabled children. The main problem is that these people do not have access to clean drinkable water and have been recommended to get a water purification system. The money needed is 1,322 dollars so that they can buy the system and 178 more dollars for any extra fees or costs.
The Lotus Hill Home located in Baddegama Sri Lanka houses roughly 30 children who face different health challenges. Their water source is from a well, and according to a government report it is recommended that they get a water purification system. Lotus Hill Home is administrated by a Swiss non-profit known as Dana SSL. Their goal is to help aid disabled children who lack proper care. At present, the monk Sumara Thero is the current director of the home. This home aims to help these children cope with everyday life and eventually allow them to pursue new opportunities for self employment. You can find out more about this organization here.
