My name is Gina Bloom. I am a Certified Crime Victim Advocate, credentialed through the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) and the United States Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime. For the past five years I have supported victims of domestic violence and sexual assault as they navigate civil, criminal, and family court systems.

I am also a plaintiff in a sexual harassment civil lawsuit involving an individual named Brian Parker. In that dual role, multiple women have reached out to me in confidentiality about their own experiences. Some have also contacted local media and other organizations.

This page exists for one clear purpose: to fund the ordinary costs of authorized litigation so the evidence can be heard in the proper forum, and to help ensure other potential victims have the awareness they deserve.

What Public Records and Reporting Show:

Brian Parker previously served as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in Snohomish County, as a Pro Tem Commissioner in Snohomish County, and later as a Family Law Court Commissioner in Clallam County beginning January 13, 2025.

InvestigateWest published a detailed investigation into his work as Guardian ad Litem. The Everett Police Department investigated and referred him for First-Degree Perjury in 2023. The prosecutor declined to file charges under the criminal standard of proof. Public records show that Snohomish County Superior Court suspended him from Pro Tem service for only a couple of weeks before reinstating him, with no further investigation.

After a year of complaints, a public protest at the Clallam County Courthouse, a Change.org petition, and coverage by multiple media outlets, the Clallam County Bar Association reported that he was abruptly terminated. On February 10, 2026, Clallam County Superior Court confirmed he was “no longer employed” by the county, effective immediately. The Olympic Herald reported that the termination followed public allegations of stalking female litigants, a public aggression incident in which he was accused of spitting through a car window at a mother and her young daughter, and patterns of intimidating and unbecoming behavior for a public officer. It took sustained public outrage and these multiple reports from victims to remove him from the bench shortly after he took the oath of office.

Public records also show a pattern of movement: Clark County to Snohomish County to Clallam County. Where he is headed next is unknown. He remains a licensed attorney in Washington State.

As a victim advocate who deeply respects the judiciary and the rule of law, I find the pattern troubling. Multiple institutions had opportunities to act earlier. Only after public protest, a Change.org campaign, media investigations, and multiple victims coming forward did the latest institution finally respond. We are still living in the Epstein era, where official authority can shield misconduct for far too long and where accountability often requires sustained public pressure rather than internal oversight.

Why I Am Asking for Help

I am not here simply because of what has already been publicly reported. I am here to help prevent other potential victims from encountering this individual without appropriate awareness.

I am a plaintiff facing representation by a global corporate law firm. The resources on defendant's side are substantial. My hope is that if this case can move forward and be fully heard in the proper forum, it may help create stronger protections for others.
