On the morning of March 21, our family received devastating news: a fire had broken out at my dad Chu Hoa’s shop, ABC Auto Repair in Westminster, CA. My dad, known to many as Chu Hoa, has poured almost 30 years of hard work into this business, serving countless members of our community and providing for our family as our main source of income. The shop was his pride and joy, and seeing it damaged has been heartbreaking for all of us.

My dad is 60 years old and has always been dedicated to his work, rarely taking a day off. He’s the kind of person who will go out of his way to help anyone in need, and many in our community know him for his kindness and generosity. Now, as we face this unexpected challenge, we’re unsure what the future holds—whether he’ll rebuild the shop or consider retirement. What we do know is that the road ahead will be difficult, and we want to do everything we can to support him.

We’re raising funds to help replace the equipment lost in the fire and to support our family while the business is closed.
