Help Me Fight for Justice and Save My Medical Career
My name is Chrystina Clinton, and I'm a dedicated medical professional who has worked tirelessly to serve others and pursue a lifelong dream of healing and helping people. But now, that dream is under threat—not because of my performance or commitment—but because I spoke up against racism and inequality.
I was the only African American resident in my program, at a community hospital, that was already troubled and on academic probation prior to my arrival. Despite my hard work and passion for medicine, I experienced clear and repeated instances of unequal treatment. When I bravely voiced my concerns to Human Resources, I hoped for support and change. Instead, I was dismissed from the program in what I believe was a direct act of retaliation.
This situation is not just about me—it’s about standing up against systemic racism in medicine. I’m currently seeking legal representation to fight this injustice and protect my right to continue in my profession. But legal battles are expensive, and I cannot do this alone. No contribution is too small, and anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Your support will help cover legal fees, documentation costs, and other related expenses as I fight to restore my career, my reputation, and the future I’ve worked so hard for. It takes a village to raise a doctor.
Thank you for all of your prayers and support during this difficult time.
With love,
Chrystina C.
