In September 2024, something awful happened to a good friend of mine, Christina, and her family. Christina found out that her child had been raped by someone they trusted (soon to be ex-husband) . After contacting local law enforcement, she was faced with confronting this monster in order to protect her children. Fast Forward to four long months later and she has finally agreed to me starting this GoFundMe account.

After contacting the authorities, the monster ran for 27 days before being caught which inevitably allowed him to deplete her bank accounts due to access she wasn’t aware of. Her children have “temporarily” been placed in foster care during this investigation process, but that has not come without cost. Numerous meetings, miles driven, providing everything she can to ensure that the children have what they need, which includes a child with severe special needs and access to her medications and treatment. This ongoing fight to bring her kids home has not only caused emotional and physical pain to this family, but also a financial strain.
