24-Hour Run for Christian’s Manor
Run with Brendie | March 5, 2026
For over 10 years, Brenda Gutierrez has been running ultra marathons. Endurance sports have shaped her discipline, resilience, and commitment to pushing past limits.
For the past three years, she has taken on a personal challenge: dedicating one major run each year to raising funds for a nonprofit organization making a meaningful impact.
This year, she has chosen to run for Christian’s Manor.
On March 5th, Brenda will run for 24 hours straight to raise funds for Christian’s Manor and the single-parent families we serve.
This challenge represents endurance, resilience, and unwavering commitment, the same strength our parents demonstrate every single day as they work toward stability, education, and long-term independence.
Our Mission
Christian’s Manor is dedicated to addressing homelessness and its underlying causes by providing comprehensive support and resources to individuals, especially those most at risk for homelessness, empowering them to overcome barriers and attain stability and long-term success.
Why This Run Matters
Every mile Brenda runs represents a parent:
• Studying after putting their children to bed
• Attending classes with a toddler in tow
• Budgeting carefully to stretch every dollar
• Choosing courage over circumstance
• Breaking generational cycles of poverty
Every lap represents resilience.
It represents the mother who refuses to quit.
The family who chooses stability over survival.
This run symbolizes what our parents do every day, keep going.
We invite you to join this effort by making a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or running alongside Brenda in your own way on March 5th.
