Mike and Luisa Murray are raising funds to help our son, Chris Murray, who is currently in Indianapolis Ascension St. Vincent Hospital. He needed surgery on July 10th for a clogged artery in his neck. A few days after the surgery, he experienced pain and swelling in the neck and a terrible headache. Upon going to the ER in Kokomo, they immediately intubated him and flew him via helicopter to Indy.

He went in for emergency surgery to check for infection. After several days in ICU, he was released to a room with hopes of going home the next day. His first time out of bed and up to walk with therapy, he almost made it around the nurse's station when the artery burst open, so he was rushed back to emergency surgery again. Back in ICU again, but this time also battling a staph infection. They are administering IV antibiotics that he will have to continue via PICC line (if they can get a good vein) after his release to home.

Already missing 2 weeks of work and a lengthy hospital stay, we feel the need to help with raising his spirits in every way possible. Please join us in letting Chris know how much he is loved, and if you can help with even one dollar, I know it will be appreciated! :)
