Hi, my name is Chloe Kuehner and I am currently a junior cadet at The Citadel. I am a pre-physical therapy student who is majoring in Exercise Science with a business administration minor. I plan on graduating in 2026 and applying to graduate programs. At school, I currently serve as the operations officer of the The Citadel Gospel Choir and a platoon sergeant in Alpha Company.

The Citadel offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to Nairobi, Kenya to volunteer in their medical camp during the month of May. I have been accepted to this program but travel costs are high. I ask for any donation, big or small, to aid in my living costs and travel.

The application process for graduate physical therapy programs looks for many different aspects of an applicant. Service and experience are typically highly regarded on a resume. The medical camp in Kenya allows me to get over 160+ volunteer hours and experience which is very difficult to get as an undergraduate student in the United States!
