Hello! My name is Seth Kaplan, and I am currently a sophomore business student at Florida State University. Giving back to my community and contributing to helping the less fortunate has always been a priority of mine, but it’s not always easy to help out in the areas you wish received more attention. For me, those areas are the wellbeing of less fortunate children and the prevention of child abuse in our country.

Fortunately, I have been invited to participate in a fundraiser sponsored by the lovely ladies of Kappa Delta, who will be sending all proceeds to the Children's Home Society in Tallahassee and Prevent Child Abuse America. These two amazing organizations work tirelessly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our nations less fortunate children, and to ensure they have a bright future.

I aim to raise $15,000 dollars for these amazing organizations, in order to ensure a better world for our next generation of Americans. Any amount you would like to donate helps!

The Children's Home Society in Tallahassee strives to give children and their families the resources they need to overcome resolvable issues, such as poverty, addiction and domestic violence. CHS has offered me the special opportunity to directly create change in our community that so desperately needs our attention. It's an honor to be partnered with such an amazing local organization.

Prevent Child Abuse America (PCA America) is the nation's oldest and largest organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect. They promote programs and resources informed by science to help children, families, and communities thrive. PCA America emphasizes the importance of providing safe, stable, and nurturing relationships to prevent child abuse and neglect. Their Healthy Families America program offers home visiting services to support families. Additionally, initiatives like Pinwheels for Prevention® raise awareness about effective child maltreatment prevention strategies.
