Support Cheyenne and Her Kids in Crisis

Hi, my name is Cheyenne. I’m reaching out because my family is going through an incredibly tough time, and I urgently need help to cover our rent.

After discovering that my children’s father was cheating, he became verbally abusive. Things escalated when he brought his 18-year-old girlfriend to our home and tried to kick me and our kids out. I had to file a restraining order to have him removed for our safety.

On top of that, my daughter Carli has LMNA-related congenital muscular dystrophy. She requires in-home therapy three times a week to help manage her condition. It’s critical that we keep our home because this is where her therapists come to provide the care she needs.

Unfortunately, with everything going on, I’ve fallen behind on rent. I haven’t been able to pay for January or this month, and my rent is $2,175 per month. I also need help covering one more month until I can move into a low-income apartment.
