Hi everyone!

This year I'm taking part in my first 10k run , the Moy Park Belfast City womens 10k to raise funds for Chest , Heart & Stroke NI.

I'm running in memory of special loved ones , family and friends , who are sadly no longer with us.

NICHS deliver expert care and prevention services, support ground-breaking research and campaign for change. I'd be so grateful for any donations you can give to support this vital charity which offer care , comfort and hope to those living with these conditions and their families.
