I’m reaching out today because I am fighting to rebuild my life from the ground up, and I’ve realized I can’t do it alone.

Currently, I am experiencing homelessness. Being without a stable place to live is a massive mountain to climb, but the hardest part is the toll it has taken on my family. Because I lack a home and a reliable way to get around, my ex is currently keeping my son away from me and hasn’t let me talk to him for over a year. Not being able to see or speak to him is heartbreaking, and it’s a situation I am determined to change.

The Bridge to Stability

The most immediate hurdle standing between me and my son—and between me and a steady income—is transportation. Having a vehicle is the "missing link" that will allow me to:

* Attend job interviews and commute to work reliably.

* Secure a steady income to move out of homelessness and into a safe home for my son.

* Travel to see my son and prove that I have the means to be the present, active parent he deserves.

The Goal: $4,000

I am raising $4,000 to purchase a reliable used vehicle, cover the initial insurance, and handle the registration fees. Every cent of this goes toward creating the stability I need to get my life—and my family—back together.
