Support Chelsea's Battle Against Leukemia
Donation protected
Hi everyone! As many of you know, Chelsea was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on 3/5/25. Immediately upon diagnosis, she was hospitalized for 7 weeks to be stabilized and begin treatment for the leukemia. Her first days of stabilization in the hospital were tough, but the following treatment of chemo and immunotherapy cycles has been particularly challenging. Chelsea has finished her first cycle of chemo and immunotherapy and has started her second cycle, but she has a long road ahead of her. Her doctors have told her she will be unable to keep employment, exercise, or even enjoy a normal diet for likely up to a year. At the end of this journey, she’s anticipated to not only have a full remission but be entirely cured of ALL, never to have it return again. This is truly the best news one can hope for with a cancer diagnosis/treatment, but that doesn’t take away the physical, emotional, or financial burden placed on Chelsea and her family right now.
Currently, the medical debt after insurance is standing at about $6,000, and the cost of living expenses unfortunately don’t subside with a medical emergency like this one. If you’re able to contribute any amount or share this fundraiser with your loved ones and on your social media pages, it would not only mean the world to Chelsea but greatly reduce the financial burden and emotional stress this has caused.
Thank you for your time in reading this fundraiser. Chelsea has been home with Finn in between treatments and is loving every moment she gets to spend with him. Her treatment is on target and she’s handling all of this incredibly well.
