Hi friends, my name is Chef Amber, and I’m the owner of Hermosa Catering here in Casa Grande, Arizona. Many of you know me for my passion for bringing people together through food — whether it’s an elegant dinner, a family gathering, or a community event, I believe a warm meal has the power to comfort, heal, and unite.

This season, I’m setting a heartfelt goal to raise $1,000 or more to purchase $40 family meal kits from ALDI, which I’ll be donating directly to families in our local community. Each meal kit will include the essentials for a wholesome, home-cooked dinner — a simple gift that can make a world of difference for someone facing a tough time.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when our community comes together to care for one another. If you’ve ever shared a table with me, you know that every dish I create is made with love — and I want to share that love beyond my kitchen.
