Support Chandler's Fight for Ramona's Safety

In the picture included on this GoFundMe is of my brother, Chandler Souders, and his sweet little 3-year-old baby, Ramona Nicole Souders. My brother and her mother share joint legal custody, and he gets visitation. Her mother has been refusing visitation per court order when she feels like it and keeping this babe from her dad. He motioned for a change of custody and then, 2 days later, the most unexpected call occurred on 7/25/24 at midnight. Ramonas mother's house had been raided, everyone but one person went to jail. They confiscated drugs and guns, and Ramona’s mother got charged with Neglect of a dependent; defendant placed dependent in a situation that endangers the dependent's life or health.

When CPS was called, they (her family) offered no info for the father, and she was placed in the care of her grandmother who owns the house that was raided.

My brother's court-ordered visitation was this weekend, and they refused to let her go with him, and then hours later, her mother was released from jail.

This is a very unexpected occurrence, and my brother is working his butt off trying to get this baby out of this home and with him! Because the tables had turned so quickly and unexpectedly, he is not in the position to pay an attorney. These funds will be utilized for just that, to get this baby into a safe environment. Anything you do will and can help and is much appreciated.
