Hey family and friends,

While I was recently in Cape Verde, I was reminded—once again—how humbling life can be. The level of poverty many of our people face is real, daily, and deeply felt. Yet, even in the midst of hardship, there is resilience, faith, and a willingness to learn and grow.

I’m starting this fundraiser with the goal of sending monthly support to Cape Verde, beginning with Achada Trás, where my cousin Samuel, a local pastor, leads a small but impactful ministry. Through his church, he helps feed the less fortunate and offers educational classes to children and adults in the community. In Cape Verde, even a small contribution can go a long way. Consistent support can mean meals, supplies, and opportunities that truly change lives.

I’ll personally be committing to support each month, and I’m inviting anyone who feels led to join me—whether that’s a one-time gift or a monthly donation. No amount is too small. Every dollar matters. This is just the beginning. My hope is that this effort can grow into something even greater over time, rooted in transparency, trust, and genuine impact.
