Standing up and speaking up has real consequences especially in the workplace. The MTA/NYCTA and the TWU 100 have been doing everything in their power to make sure I am not victorious. They have hired huge law firms to make sure this case goes away.

A story no one wants to cover how the unions and management work together to quiet activist. Those that push against the status Quo get fired or quieted with the help of the media’s silence. The court case is below with all the related documents and exhibits. I also have a complaint with the Public Employees Relations Board (NYS) as a result of some of my exposing the president of the Union he ended up resigning and getting a severance package where he cannot speak publicly. I know there are good people in the world still and do not lose hope that in the end of the day with your help I can win not just for myself but for every worker in solidarity:
