I am making this go fund me for my best friend of 20 years Catrina Wines. Around the end of December 2024 Catrina found out she was expecting her rainbow baby September 2025. The beginning of her pregnancy went perfect. No awful symptoms out of the ordinary, and baby was growing just as he should. Around 28 weeks Catrina started to notice some swelling and went to the hospital, she was sent home and then returned a few weeks later because the swelling got worse. She was told him to expect a baby in the next 24 to 48 hours. Then two days later she was sent home. For legal reasons we aren’t going to get into any more detail of what happened and what was said. But I will go on to say that Catrina was being monitored twice a week and somewhere between last Thursday and this past Monday sweet baby Easton passed away. Catrina had a C-section yesterday and sweet baby Easton was born sleeping weighing 6 pounds and 14 ounces. I was more than blessed to be able to be by Catrina side throughout the whole thing yesterday and was able to stay with baby Easton until Catrina got out of recovery. I am coming to you today asking for help. Catrina is being told she will have to pay $2000 for an autopsy. We also have to figure out cremation services. On top of figuring all that out Catrina is also recovering from major surgery and will need care for the first week or two. Meaning her partner will need to take time off work.
