It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and tragic passing of Carmina Beardon.
A loving mum to five beautiful children aged 4 to 16, was taken from us suddenly over Easter weekend at just 35 years old.
On Good Friday, Carmina suffered a fall and hit her head. She was taken to the hospital, where doctors discovered a severe brain bleed, but tragically, surgery was not possible. By Sunday, she was declared brain dead. That same day, her five kids had to say a final goodbye to their beloved mum..something no child should have to experience.
On Monday afternoon, surrounded by her husband, family, and her two eldest children, Carmina's life support was turned off.
Carmina was everything to her kids. She was a kind, caring, and selfless mum whose entire world revolved around her kids. She was the heart of her family—always putting others first and giving unconditional love to those around her. The loss of her has left a space that can never be filled.
Right now, her husband and children are trying to process this heartbreaking reality while facing so many sudden challenges.
We are asking for help to support them during this incredibly difficult time.
Donations will help with:
• Funeral and burial costs to give Carmina the farewell she deserves
• Helping the family relocate from Ballarat to Geelong to be closer to support
• Covering rent, bond, and moving expenses
• Supporting the children with everyday needs as they adjust to life without their mum
This support will help ease the financial stress so the family can focus on grieving, healing, and being there for each other.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in helping Carmina’s family begin to rebuild after such an unimaginable loss.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page to help us reach others who may be able to help.
Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this heartbreaking time – it truly means everything.
