people ask me all the time what it's like living with Ashley. it is a lot of craziness and a lot of love. Ashley, James & Camryn have so much love for each other and they have so much love for me. Even on my hardest days, they love me. and I love them.

i love my mom but Ashley, James & Camryn are who I want to live with. i feel safe with them. they are my people. please help me be able to stay with my people. EVERY dollar counts.

From Ashley: I met Carly when I worked in the Affton School District. I tried to advocate for her safety as best I could until I resigned from my position in February. 2024 Carly unexpectedly showed up at our home one early morning in late April 2024. We did everything we could think of to help Carly, but unfortunately, many systems have failed Carly. Carly continued to reach out for help, and we felt there was no other choice but to have her join our family. To make it official, we entered as 3rd party intervenors in her parents' custody agreement.

As the lawyer costs continue to escalate, Carly said she wanted to create a GoFundMe so others could help us if they wanted to. All donations will go directly to lawyer's fees. Any leftover funds will go directly into a savings account for Carly.

The trial for custody is in July. We've been told to expect over $10,000 in lawyer fees for the trial. We currently have a $2,000 overdue balance from the past few months.
