Hello everyone, the heart and soul of our family, Carly Guerrero, needed to undergo surgery due to complications from diabetes. Unfortunately, she needed a below-knee amputation of her left foot due to a diabetic-induced condition called Charcot foot. Charcot foot, which only occurs in 1% of diabetics, is a condition that breaks down the bones in your ankle and foot. Gratefully, she had a successful surgery, but has a long road of recovery ahead of her.

Her family will be taking on the responsibility of taking care of her needs and comfort. She has been denied for disability several times, and the Family Leave Act doesn’t provide the work absence with financial assistance. We would be forever grateful for any help with medical bills and monthly expenses while we care for a vital part of our family during this difficult time.
