If you know Carly Hill, you know she is one of the most fun loving , hard working, and devoted people you’ll ever meet. She’s a loving mother, a caring friend, and a dedicated massage therapist who has always been there for others.

Just three months after welcoming her beautiful second daughter, Sloane, Carly’s world changed forever. She discovered a tumour in her breast and was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. In what should have been a time filled with joy and bonding with her newborn, Carly was forced to make the heartbreaking decision to stop breastfeeding so she could begin her fight against cancer. It was just one of the many painful sacrifices this diagnosis has brought.

In the coming weeks, Carly will undergo major surgery, followed by at least a year of chemotherapy and radiation. Her focus now must be on healing, spending precious time with her family, and fighting this disease with everything she has.

Unfortunately, this also means Carly will be unable to return to work for the foreseeable future. As a self-employed massage therapist on maternity leave, the financial impact of this diagnosis is significant. Between everyday household expenses, caring for her two girls , and the additional costs that come with cancer treatment, the burden is overwhelming.
