My name is Jesse Finchem, and I am facing one of the hardest moments of my life. My wife has been courageously battling stage 4 colon cancer, and after exhausting every option, she is now on hospice care. I want nothing more than to be by her side, cherishing every moment we have left together.

Since May 2023, we have spent precious time with our granddaughters, creating beautiful memories on small trips and vacations. I have used most of our savings to prioritize these moments with her, but now I am at a crossroads. I need to return to work to stay financially stable, but that would mean sacrificing this invaluable time with my wife.
