Cam and I are adopting! Praise God! This is the miracle of growing our family God intended for us. Our hearts enter into this process with excitement knowing the blessing and true miracle adoption is. And to be fully transparent, our hearts are heavy and weary too. We started trying to grow our family five years ago and have endured infertility diagnoses, surgeries, unsuccessful treatments, and embryo adoption. We lost two precious babies we adopted through embryo adoption to miscarriages. Our hearts ache for a child to love and nurture. We humbly & excitedly enter into domestic infant adoption with such gratitude for the gift it will be for us to grow our family.

We have committed to A Step Ahead Adoption Consultants. We are able to use the home study that we completed last year for embryo adoption thankfully! We have completed a profile book that gives a glimpse of who we are for expectant moms to look at. And we are officially a waiting family that could be matched at anytime!! The money we are hoping to raise will go into our new "adoption bank account" and will go towards the consultant fee, home study renewal fees, adoption agency fee, and attorney fees. The specific adoption agency and location will all be dependent on the expectant mom we match with. Our consultant agency has shared that we need to plan on $45,000-$60,000 for once we are matched with an agency. We are shocked by that number and humbled by how much it costs to adopt in our country. We truly need your help to grow our family so humbly and boldly ask for your support.
