We evacuated on January 7 and have been staying with family and friends since. Our beloved town of Altadena, home to us for the last five years, has been devastated by the Eaton Fire. My son’s school, along with essential and beloved businesses and many neighborhoods and friends' homes, have been destroyed. While my home is still standing, the water is now toxic, and the contamination from the fire, burn debris, smoke, ash, and retardant will take months, if not longer, to clean and restore to livable conditions.

I am raising funds for the unexpected costs of being displaced by a natural disaster, for shelter, food, gas, and resources for our family while we sort our next steps.
