Support Burgundie’s Fight for Her Daughters

My name is Ashley Davis, and I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Burgundie Spears and her two daughters, ages 10 and 12. Burgundie is facing an urgent and heartbreaking custody battle against her ex, who has a history of abusive behavior and significant financial resources. He has unjustly used his influence to persuade the court to issue an order that has stripped Burgundie of all parental rights and contact with her girls. With a critical court hearing approaching soon, Burgundie urgently needs to hire an attorney to have a fair chance at justice and to protect her daughters’ safety.

Burgundie is not only an amazing mother to her girls but also a tireless advocate for our community. She spearheaded "Christmas in Richmond" and co-chaired "Thanksgiving in the Park" to support the homeless. She has also served as vice president of the Economic Commissioners Office for the city of Richmond, California. Burgundie has always been the first to step up and help others in need, and now she is the one who needs our support. The funds raised will go directly toward legal fees and court costs, giving her hope to reunite with her daughters and keep them safe.
