Hi Everyone,

Kade is a young child who tragically lost his mother and witnessed her passing. Since then, his father, Bryce, has been the only constant and loving parent in his life, providing stability, care, and safety. Despite this, Kade’s maternal grandparents—who were not closely involved before—are now taking Bryce to court in an attempt to gain custody.

Bryce allowed visitations until the grandparents did not want him present at the visitations with Kade. Kade's counselor recommended he have supervised visitation only due to separation anxiety from witnessing his mother pass. Against recommendations from Kade's counselor, the grandparents took it among themselves to legally get split custody of Kade.

This heartbreaking legal battle is not only emotionally draining but also very costly. Bryce is fighting to keep his son safe and with the parent he knows and trusts. Kade has already suffered the trauma of losing his mom—he should not have to endure the fear of losing his dad, too.
