Hello, we’re Bryana and Eric, and we’re overjoyed to share that our sweet baby, June, was born on March 14th at 34 weeks.
Since her birth, we’ve been spending our days at the NICU, watching June grow stronger each day. It's been an emotional journey, and we’ve been doing everything we can to be there for her, helping her recognize our voices and learn who we are as her parents.
Unfortunately, this has also meant that I’ve had to miss work, and since my job doesn’t provide maternity leave, we’re facing a difficult time financially. Our focus has been, and will continue to be, on June’s well-being and her progress, which is all that matters right now. But with April bills coming up, we’re feeling the weight of being behind.
The good news is that June has been making incredible progress, and we’re hopeful that we’ll be able to bring her home in the next few weeks. However, I won’t be cleared to return to work until after April 8th, and we’re just trying to ensure that everything is covered so we can focus on our family and not fall too far behind.
We’re incredibly grateful for the love and support we’ve already received from so many, and it means the world to us. June is surrounded by an amazing support system, and we’re forever thankful for each of you.
