My name is Brooke Woodall. I am an American digital creator, mother, and outspoken advocate for Palestinian human rights.

Over the past months, I have used my platform primarily to speak out against genocide, war crimes, and human rights abuses in Gaza. For exercising my constitutionally protected right to free speech, I was targeted by an online organization called Stop Antisemitism.

This group publicly shared my place of employment, my city, and identifying personal information with their audience (on numerous platforms), resulting in coordinated harassment and retaliation. As a result, I have experienced:

    •    Targeted online harassment, including death threats and messages involving my child (threats regarding CPS)

    •    Attempts to interfere with my employment and livelihood

    •    Serious safety concerns for myself and my child

    •    Emotional distress

This behavior meets the legal definition of doxxing and targeted harassment.

Why This Matters Beyond Me

What makes this situation especially concerning is that Stop Antisemitism openly boasts about targeting Americans and American businesses for political speech. They publicly advertise that their campaigns have resulted in over 400 Americans losing their jobs, leaving families unemployed — not for committing crimes, but for exercising their First Amendment right to criticize a foreign government.

Regardless of anyone’s views on Israel or Palestine, it should deeply concern every American that:

    •    Private organizations are attempting to silence political speech through intimidation

    •    U.S. citizens are being economically punished for expressing protected opinions

    •    American businesses are being targeted and pressured for the beliefs of their employees

This sets a dangerous precedent. No group — foreign or domestic — should be able to decide which political opinions are “allowed” in the United States by threatening livelihoods or safety.

Why I Am Seeking Legal Action

I did not choose this fight — it was forced upon me. I am now seeking legal counsel to:

    •    Hold those responsible for doxxing and harassment accountable

    •    Protect myself and my family from further targeting

    •    Push back against intimidation tactics designed to silence Americans

All funds raised will go toward:

    •    Legal consultation and attorney retainer fees

    •    Civil action related to harassment, doxxing, and interference with employment

    •    Protective legal measures to prevent further harm

This fundraiser is not about politics — it is about free speech, safety, and the right of Americans to express dissent without fear of retaliation.
