On January 21, 2026, our family experienced a life-changing accident. Brooke Thurman, her mother-in-law, and her brothers-in-law were traveling home when a semi-truck was involved in a collision with another vehicle. That vehicle was then pushed into their car, causing a serious accident. Brooke was trapped inside the vehicle and required emergency rescue. She sustained multiple injuries, including broken bones, and is now facing a long recovery. Medical professionals have indicated that she is expected to remain hospitalized for an extended period while she heals.
Brooke is a mother of three young children, all under the age of ten, with her youngest being just one year old. This accident has significantly impacted her ability to care for them during her recovery and has placed additional strain on the entire family. Her mother-in-law was also injured in the accident and suffered multiple broken bones. Both women are dealing with physical injuries and the emotional toll that comes with a traumatic event.
This unexpected accident has created financial strain for the family. Medical expenses, household bills, transportation needs, childcare, and daily living costs continue while recovery is ongoing. We are raising funds to help support Brooke and her mother-in-law during this difficult time so they can focus on healing. Donations will be used to assist with essential expenses such as food, bills, transportation, childcare, and other needs that arise during recovery.
Any contribution, share, or message of support is deeply appreciated. Your kindness will help ease the burden on this family as they work toward recovery. Thank you for taking the time to read and for supporting them during this challenging time.
