This Thanksgiving, we hope to ensure that families at Brockbank Jr. High can enjoy a warm, hearty holiday meal together.

At Brockbank, nearly 60% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch, which means many families face food insecurity and additional financial stress during the holidays. For some, putting a traditional Thanksgiving meal on the table is simply out of reach.

Our goal is to provide Walmart gift cards to families in need so they can purchase a full Thanksgiving meal. Walmart currently offers a Thanksgiving meal bundle for under $40, which includes everything needed for a classic holiday dinner for 10 individuals:

Butterball Turkey (13.5 lb.)

Fresh potatoes, carrots, and cranberries

Dinner rolls and stuffing

Green beans, corn, and gravy mix

Pumpkin pie ingredients

Macaroni & cheese and more!

Every donation—no matter the size—makes a difference.

$40 helps one family enjoy a full Thanksgiving meal

$200 helps five families
