I am reaching out to share some difficult news regarding my friend's 17-year-old daughter, Brittany. On March 8, 2026, Brittany was involved in a serious accident. She is currently receiving treatment at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for a traumatic brain injury and has sustained multiple fractures. Although Brittany remains unresponsive, she is showing daily improvements. While she is receiving excellent care and intensive medical attention, her recovery journey will be long and challenging.

Doctors have informed us that once she is discharged, she will need significant, round-the-clock care to help her regain her strength.
