My name is Ruth, and this event was created for my daughter Brittany and her family.

On Saturday night, April 4th, my daughter was involved in a motor vehicle accident that totaled their only family vehicle and left her with injuries that will take months to heal with two planned surgeries at this time. In addition to the complications this has provided for their family and kids, Brittany was also 21 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident.

The surgery planned later this month, as well as a second planned surgery three months from the first, will likely lead up to the due date of their new addition, leaving her unable to work for many months.
