Hi, I’m Autumn Miller, and I have been and continue to be, affected by breast cancer. It is a very common illness that’s passed down through the generations of woman on both sides of my family. In my short lifetime alone I have experienced my grandmother, aunt and my mother battling breast cancer.

I understand the fright and heartbreak you live with as you see someone you love unable to do the things they enjoy, support their family financially, and be in immense pain because of a sickness they can not control. I also live with the uncertainty of if I too will have to fight the battles they fought as I grow older.

Im sure many of us know someone affected by breast cancer, and dread hearing someone else’s saddening stories about it. I’m hoping that these stories and experiences push you, the way it does me to try to make change.
