During the pandemic, I began bringing masks and supplies into Brazilian favelas but once we arrived, I realized that the biggest threat was the supply of reliable groceries.

More than half of the people in Brazil struggle with food insecurity and sometimes have trouble affording something as basic as their next meal

This experience became the starting point of this donation project. With just €20, we can provide a family of four with essential food supplies for roughly 4 weeks.

This coming February, I am going back to the Brazilian communities to personally deliver food packages to families in urgent need — with the goal of supporting 150 families.
