This is Crystal Lewis, Brandy Lewis' mother.

It seems like from the first day she was born, Brandy has endured a sad life. She has overcome so many obstacles that many would have given up. She was bullied and made fun of, especially for her weight. She would have done anything to make a friend. She was molested by her father at a young age. After that happened, she made food her best friend. It was the only thing that helped her cope with what she endured. She has fallen and broken her legs, ankles, and wrist. She has overcome so much. Then, on August 8th of this year, she contracted bacterial meningitis. It made her have seizures and left the left side of her body weak. So I wanted to do something special for Brandy because her story is an inspiration to us all that no matter what life throws at you, you can overcome anything through God.
