Help a Father Reunite with His Son

Hi, my name is Ronald, and I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my friend and former student Brandon Martin, a devoted, loving father who is going through an incredibly painful and unjust situation.

Please remember: the only thing I would ever ask is to help each other.

Since April 13th, Brandon has been denied access to his son, Jaxson, despite having a Court Ordered Parenting Plan in place. Jaxson’s mother has taken him across state lines without consent and is completely refusing to allow any form of contact. This heartbreaking situation has left Brandon without any time with his son—no calls, no visits, and no updates on his wellbeing.

Brandon has made every effort to be there for Jaxson. He flew to Charlotte, North Carolina on May 4th and again on June 1st, spending his own money and time to pick up his son as scheduled. We all can imagine the deep pain he felt when Jaxson mother never showed up not once, but twice. Each time, he followed the legal process and contacted the local sheriff’s department, only to be told they wouldn’t intervene.

Brandon has always been a committed father. Many of us have personally met Jaxson and seen the love and connection they share. Watching that bond be torn away like this has been heartbreaking for everyone involved.

To make things worse, Brandon’s previous attorney took his money and dropped him leaving him without legal representation at the most critical time.

We’re raising funds to help Brandon cover the legal fees, court costs, and travel expenses needed to fight for his rights as a father and, most importantly, to bring Jaxson back into his life.
