I am writing on here for Bobby. He is raising money to go on a service trip in March 2026. Here is the information about it if you feel led to give towards his trip...anything would help!

This coming March I’ll be part of Team Tobati’s 2026 Service Learning Trip to Tobati, Paraguay through my school, Kingswood Oxford. This will be their 25th annual service trip partnering with this community.

I am especially excited to continue in the footsteps of my parents, who as you probably know, for many years led and participated in trips like this with students from West Haven, and participated even as teenagers themselves in community service. I don't know if you know, but my parents first met on a mission trip to Tijuana. So, to me it feels like a family tradition that I am finally able to take part in.

Team Tobati is dedicated to fostering a passion for service, humanitarian efforts, and community outreach. During our trip, we'll partner with the Macchi School, continuing on and building relationships with people there and working with them on projects such as improving school infrastructure, building gardens, establishing medical outposts, and creating parks in the 21 villages of Tobati. This hands-on experience will deepen our understanding of social-economic inequalities and inspire us to envision the possibilities for positive change.

From March 10 to March 18, 2026, I will have the chance to immerse myself in Paraguayan culture—learning to cook local dishes, participating in traditional dances, and, of course, playing soccer with local students. Staying with host families will allow me to form meaningful bonds and share in the daily lives of the community members.
