Hello! My name is Grace and now that some time has passed I can finally put into words how fast a disaster can happen and change lives. I am trying to reach as many friends, family and members of the community as possible to help my brother's family during a very difficult time.

This past Palm Sunday, April 13th I was visiting my brother, sister in law and our 92 year old mother who has lived with them the past two years. Their grandson, grand-pup and daughter in law were there as well.

Our family visit changed so quickly when a house fire broke out in the basement. The house was a total loss in a matter of minutes. Thankfully we made it out and are ok but they did lose the dog Cooper due to smoke inhalation. Bob, Brenda and momma have only the clothes on their backs.

I am hoping for your help in supporting them as they navigate this terrible disaster, whether it be with prayers or donations. Bob & Brenda are two of the most selfless people I know and are currently in a hotel, and momma is staying with some of her other children at this time. Your contributions will provide them the opportunity to purchase food and essentials like clothes, shoes, toiletries and just overall help with getting through this new chapter as they rebuild their lives together.

I do know that times are tough for most but anything would be greatly appreciated.
