Bloomfield cemetery was founded in August 1860. It has been cared for by volunteers and in the last 25 years by two men who grew up in the small community of Bloomfield. Great care has been given to restoration and beautification over the last 25 years. However, there is a need for water irrigation at the cemetery. This request is for the purpose of a new well and the components to install irrigation throughout the 4 acre cemetery. This capital expense is the one item that the current two volunteers cannot achieve on their own. We are both 63 years of age, so we would like to have the system installed within the next couple years under our watchful eye for the good health and future wellbeing of the Bloomfield cemetery
