We are raising funds to financially support scholarships for folks to attend the 4th annual BIPOC Winter Wellness Cabin Retreat. During the weekend, 40-50 attendees will take rest during a retreat with the intention of creating a space for nurturing joy, healing, connection, collectivism, and the love-centered aspects of building sustainable movements.
Many of us are working towards change and transformation in resistance to problematic ideologies and entrenched ways of being. We believe these efforts are critical to our liberation and they can be quite demanding on our bodies, minds, spirits, hearts, wallets, energy, and time.
AKA sometimes the world is whack.
The weekend will be willed with connecting and building, sharing meals, skills, and stories, caring for ourselves and each other. Healing. Growing.
Unfortunately, resources and opportunities like these are not free, or even cheap. The total cost of this retreat exceeds $17,000. We are not a formal nonprofit organization, but we do this heart work for "free" in our free time! Therefore we turn to our beloved community to ask for your generous support to help make this effort possible! Funds raised will go directly to supporting people to attend who otherwise wouldn't be able to due to financial barriers. Any amount helps, no donation is too small.
Our sincerest gratitude,
