Those that know Billy Brown, know how dedicated he is to community and being a solid friend to anyone that needs one. Well, he could use some solid friends right now.

On Tuesday May 26, on the heels of successfully resurrecting the midwest’s premier social event for bike messengers, Bill was the victim of a road rage incident on his bicycle which caused a collision with another vehicle in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. He was taken to Northwestern Hospital ER and then transferred to the trauma center with a broken lower back and collarbone.

It’s still early to tell, but he’s likely looking at some pretty serious recovery time.

While he’s down, him and Coco could use our help to keep the lights on and their furry children fed. Billy has never hesitated to mobilize for his community, it’s time for the community to show we can respond in kind. Anything helps- RYB!
