Billy is one of the original founders of DRASTIC, and has worked relentlessly for years to investigate the origin of COVID-19. Billy and DRASTIC have made numerous critical contributions, and played an essential role in exposing the single deadliest accident in history.

Billy was diagnosed with colon cancer and has been experiencing financial difficulties. For all he has done to protect us, I'm confident we can come together to help protect him.
