My name is Bethany Harper and for the last year and a half I have been volunteering with a ministry called Shevet Achim. I have been working as a nurse to help children who are in need of heart surgery. Because of the difficulty in the work, I have been struggling with anxiety and depression and God led me to a time of rest and recovery. In this next season I am hoping to go to a ministry called Ellel in the UK, for a three month program called Flagship where the purpose is "a combination of biblical teaching and training, group work, practical application, personal reflection, prayer ministry, worship and fellowship to prepare and equip you to receive and share God’s healing love into our needy and broken world." (ellel.co.uk) Because I have been volunteering for the last year and a half, I do not have the funds needed to attend Ellel. The money you donate would go directly to the cost of the course.
